Faulty or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. 
• We may request photographs or additional information to assess the issue before arranging a replacement, repair, or refund. 

Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund where required by law.

Products that have been used, modified, or damaged through misuse are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
