Risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and Australian Consumer Law.
Our products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Where a warranty applies, it covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, incorrect installation, modification, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
